Job description

Greet all customer warmly and assist with massage inquiries and appointment bookings.

Manage daily spa schedules, ensuring smooth coordination of services.

Process customer payments accurately and maintain proper records.

Deliver outstanding customer service with a cheerful and helpful attitude.

Promote spa packages and support front desk sales activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil reception and spa environment.

Perform basic administrative duties using Excel, Word, and other office software.
                    

Requirements

5 working days per week (shift-based)
 a) Morning Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
 b) Noon Shift: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
