Job description
Assist HOD with day-to-day operations
Responsible for customer progressive claim
General administrative duties including filling, photocopying, scanning, and uploading documents into server and SQL
ISO documentation & administrator (DCC for ISO)
Manage organization records, implementing and maintain proper filling system
Prepare data analysis for project department every QUATERLY
Communicate effectively with customers and internal personnel.
Perform standard and ad hoc weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting for management.
To update customer payment record into SQL system, Budget Sheet and Pending Job List
Prepare monthly presentation slide for meeting.
Issue project handover cert.
Handling sales order & sales forecast meeting.
Requirements
At least 1 years working experience in related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to create and administer task priority list based on company needs.
Close update with HOD on outstanding issue reporting.
Microsoft office knowledge.
Candidate with ISO 9001 knowledge is an added advantage.
Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts, and resolve discrepancies in reasonable amount of time.
Willingness to learn and take new challenge
Independent with initiative and strong sense of responsibilities
