Job description

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding Xmegami products, services, and policies.
Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support resellers and agents by addressing their concerns and facilitating smooth business operations.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, marketing) to resolve customer issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including confidentiality, anti-bribery, and code of conduct guidelines.
Attend trainings and stay updated on product knowledge, service protocols, and company initiatives.

                    

Requirements

SPM / Diploma / Degree (any field)
Good communication in BM & English (Mandarin a plus)
Fresh grads welcome, experience in customer service is a bonus
Friendly, patient & problem-solver
Able to multitask & work well in a team
Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google tools)
