Manage and support in recruitment and onboarding processes
Support day-to-day employee relations matters and provide HR guidance
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training and development programs
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance with legal requirements
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Offices
