Job description

1. Market Development & Opportunity Identification
•	Identify and target oil palm plantations seeking to mechanize FFB harvesting.
•	Assess plantation maturity, terrain type, and harvesting practices to determine crane suitability.
2. Client Engagement & Solution Selling
•	Engage with estate managers, harvesting supervisors, and plantation engineers to understand harvesting challenges.
•	Propose the right hydraulic crane models tailored for FFB collection.
•	Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies on crane implementation.
3. Technical Sales & Customization
•	Deliver product demonstrations, highlighting benefits such as increased productivity, reduced labor dependency, and safety.
•	Customize crane configurations based on palm height, bunch weight, terrain (e.g., hilly or soft soil), and vehicle integration.
4. Sales Execution & Customer Management
•	Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender documentation.
•	Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service contracts.
•	Build and maintain relationships with key plantation decision-makers and procurement heads.
5. After-Sales Support & Customer Success
•	Ensure smooth crane delivery, installation, and operator training.
•	Act as the liaison for maintenance support, spare parts, and performance feedback.
•	Promote long-term service agreements and upgrade programs.
6. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
•	Monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies in the crane-for-harvesting segment.
•	Collect client feedback to guide product improvements and marketing strategies.
                    

Requirements

•	Strong understanding of hydraulic cranes, truck-mounted systems, and plantation mechanization.
•	Familiarity with oil palm harvesting operations and challenges.
•	Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•	Ability to conduct site visits and interact directly with plantation field staff.
•	Comfortable with frequent travel to remote estates and plantations.
