Job description
Host and sell products via social media live sessions (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Live, etc.).
Interact actively with the audience through comments, questions, and challenges to drive engagement and sales.
Monitor and review live stream performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and audience engagement.
Plan, shoot, and edit creative short-form videos and images for social media platforms.
Develop innovative and trendy content concepts that align with brand messaging.
Manage social media content, focusing on ecommerce growth and audience reach.
Stay current with trending content formats, viral challenges, and social media trends.
Maintain and protect the company’s image, brand name, and public reputation.

Requirements
Minimum STPM/Diploma in business/, Marketing or related fields.
Proficiency in English, Malay & Mandarin is an advantage
Familiar with Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media and local trends (especially within the Malaysian market).
Talkative, enthusiastic, and able to engage audiences during live sessions.
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to plan and execute content independently.
