Job description

• Handle incoming customer inquiries from Facebook / WhatsApp ads
• Use company-provided scripts to answer questions and provide quotations
• Follow up with customers and arrange installation schedules
• Work with the sales team to improve conversion rate
• Proficient in computer and mobile operations, fast typing speed
• Good communication skills, friendly and professional, able to work under pressure
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred
