Manage the end-to-end student admission process, including inquiries, applications, and enrolment documentation. Handle student visa applications and renewal procedures in compliance with relevant authorities. Maintain accurate student records and ensure proper documentation is filed and updated. Provide administrative support to the school management team. Liaise with parents, students, and external agencies in a professional manner. Assist in school events, open days, and administrative reporting. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative work.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. Experience in student admission and visa processing is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Previous experience in an international school or educational institution is an advantage.
