Job description

Test functions at every stage of the manufacturing / refilling process.
Performs function failure testing as well as physical defects.
Perform routine checks, tests and inspect materials, goods in process and finished goods.
Perform inspection and test activities of operators.
Perform inspection and test activities at customer site when necessary.
Assist in the maintenance and repair work of cylinder, maintenance machines, gas refilling plant and DA plant.
Ensure smooth production in gas refilling plant to meet production schedule, yield and quality targets.
Inspect visually for physical defects.
Liaise with customers (if necessary) on quality / defects related issues.
Assist production manager to liaise with ISO officer on all quality assurance / control issues.
Create awareness and educate all refilters and production workers on the aspect of quality control and safety at workplace.
Organize safety training and campaign.
Conduct and record OSHA meeting.
Maintain and support documentation and records.
Perform stock tally on all empty full cylinder, valves and pump stock take monthly.
                    

Requirements

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Chemical / Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 1-5 years of relevant working experience.
Task oriented. organized, ability to meet deadlines and a good team player.
Able to interact and communicate well with all levels of people.
Experience / exposure in ISO environment an added advantage.
