Job description
�Support and manage day-to-day sales operations.
�Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
�Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
�Identify new business opportunities and expand customer networks within the semiconductor market.
�Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report progress to senior management.
�Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, engineering, and customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
�Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits to enhance brand visibility.
�Guide and support junior sales team members in developing technical and communication skills.
�Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback for business improvement.
Requirements
�Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
�Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment (CMP) or semiconductor-related products.
�Experience in managing or supervising a small sales team, with good coordination and leadership skills.
�Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
�Strong communication and presentation skills.
�High initiative, strong analytical mindset, and a team-oriented attitude.
�Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise with regional customers.
�Understanding of Japanese language or culture will be an added advantage.
