Job description

1.	Manage daily production processes and activities.
2.	Supervise and lead the production team effectively.
3.	Ensure production processes comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and meet the company's certification standards.
4.	Coordinate with the production planner to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.
5.	Troubleshoot production issues and resolve problematic processes.
6.	Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
7.	Monitor and control raw material inventory.
8.	Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
9.	Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
10.	Provide training and guidance to team members.

                    

Requirements

1.	At least 2 years of experience on the production floor in the food industry.
2.	Minimum education level: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
3.	Able to communicate and write in both Malay and English languages.
4.	Preferably between 30 to 40 years of age.
5.	Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as required upon receiving ad-hoc tasks.
6.	Leadership and good time management skills.
7.	Machine handling and maintenance competence will be an advantage.
