Job description
Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions accurately and timely.
Advise on suitable tender pricing strategies, costing methods, and commercial approaches.
Monitor and ensure all variation orders (VO) are properly recorded, evaluated, and claimed.
Verify and control project costs involving suppliers, subcontractors, workers, and related project expenses within approved budgets.
Prepare pre- and post-project budgets, progress claims, projected cash flow, tender documentation, and final accounts.
Ensure timely issuance of progress claims, certifications, invoices, and related documentation to clients.
Maintain and monitor contractual records with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to safeguard the Company’s interests.
Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and vendors.
Work closely with project and design teams to ensure smooth project execution and cost efficiency.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Interior Design / Fit-Out Quantity Surveying.
Experience in interior fit-out costing, tendering, contract administration, and project claims is preferred.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.
Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and costing/tender documentation preparation.
