Job description
1) Induction Motor Dismantling & Inspection
Disassemble induction motors, pumps, and generators for detailed inspection.
Identify faults such as winding short circuits, insulation failure, or mechanical wear and tear.
2) Induction Motor Rewinding
Remove damaged or burnt windings and prepare stators/rotors for rewinding.
Accurately rewind induction motors according to technical specifications, ensuring correct wire gauge, number of turns, and coil configuration.
Apply proper insulation materials, varnish, and curing processes to guarantee durability and electrical integrity.
3) Testing & Quality Assurance
Perform standard electrical tests such as insulation resistance, winding resistance, and continuity tests before and after rewinding.
Verify that the rewound induction motors meet performance, efficiency, and safety standards.
4) Repair & Preventive Maintenance
Carry out necessary repairs on induction motors, pumps, and related rotating equipment.
Replace or service bearings, shafts, and other mechanical components as needed.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure long-term reliability.
