• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, quotations, and invoices
• Assist in daily office operations
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Data entry and record keeping
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word / Excel)
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Able to communicate in English, Malay, and/or Chinese is an advantage
