Job description

Supervise daily workshop operations and manage technician workloads.

Plan, assign, and monitor repair, overhaul, and service jobs.

Diagnose major mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.

Ensure workshop tools, equipment, and environment are well maintained.

Prepare job sheets, service reports, and job status updates.

Support field service and breakdown jobs when required.
                    

Requirements

Good communication skills (BM required; English/Mandarin added advantage).

Knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
