Job description
1. Sales & Business Development
Develop new business opportunities for air compressor systems.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored presentations.
2. Technical Support
Conduct site assessments for customer enquiries.
Provide technical training and product demonstrations when required.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular engagement with key customers to strengthen partnerships.
Provide timely advice and solutions to customer queries.
Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Reporting & Administration
Update CRM records accurately.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
Experience in industrial sales preferred (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
Willing to travel within assigned territory.
Possesses own transport.
