Job duties & responsibilities.
i)To manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
ii)To prepare full set of accounts accurately and timely on financial statements and reports.
iii) To analyse financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
iv) To ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
v)To assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
vi)To coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
vii) To implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
viii) To support other departments in preparing their budgets and forecasts.
viii) Generate ad-hoc financial reports as required.
ix)To perform any other duties as assigned by the MD from time to time as and when required.
Job Description Requirements:
i)Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
ii)Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
iii) Well versed in MS Office applications especially in Words, Excel & Power Points.
iv)Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and financial analysis and familiar with accounting software such as Autocount,UBS ,Work Shop Pro,SQL and etc.
v)Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
vi)Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
viii)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
viii) Knowledge in Inventory management system.
ix)Able to start immediately would be added advantages.
