1. Prepare, coordinate, and manage project documentation including work scope, work instructions, reports, and submissions.
2. Monitor the progress of fieldwork and the status of project data processing.
3. Maintain and update project files for audit purposes and compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
4. Act as a liaison between the Project and Operations departments to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Monitor and coordinate the tasks of Technical Supervisors and Technical Assistants.
6. Review data processing outputs to ensure alignment with project requirements, specifications, and scope.
7. Prepare technical information and work scope for field teams prior to commencement of work.
8. Prepare and coordinate project-related invoice claims when required.
9. Liaise with relevant authorities or agencies on technical and operational matters, including documentation follow-up, in accordance with instructions from the SPM/PM.
10. Monitor the work performance of the Chief Field Surveyor and Field Surveyors at project sites.
11. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and field team discipline.
12. Ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated in accordance with requirements.
13. Safeguard and ensure the security of company assets at project sites.
14. Assist in resolving basic technical issues in the field and report to the Project Manager for further action.
15. Carry out management instructions from time to time in line with organizational requirements.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Geoinformatics / Geomatics / Land Surveying from a public institution of higher learning or an equivalent qualification recognized as such.
2. At least one (1) year of working experience in geomatics / land surveying.
3. Demonstrates a high level of commitment and the ability to lead a team effectively.
