- Lead design discussions and client consultation
- Present concepts, layouts, and design intent to clients
- Work closely with project, site, and management teams
- Ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with budget & timeline
- Play a key role in shaping how our design team grows
Requirements
- Have minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial / office fit-out projects
- Are confident in design consultation, space planning, and translating briefs into buildable solutions
- Can handle design & build projects end-to-end (with team support)
- Are comfortable presenting to corporate clients / MNCs
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and with confidence
- Enjoy leading and guiding junior designers, not just doing your own work
