Job description

- = Safety, GA & Compliance Executive =
* Coordinate Safety & Health Committee meetings (OSHA 1994); prepare minutes and follow up actions
* Maintain safety records, incident reports, training records, and support DOSH compliance
* Person-in-charge for ISO 14001 documentation and records (HR scope)
* Monitor pest control, sanitation services, and general facility conditions
* Follow up maintenance requests and conduct daily factory surroundings patrol
* Monitor and manage licenses, inspections, and records for SPAN, ST, JKKP, BOMBA, MBPG, TNB

- = Security & Access Control Executive =
* Prepare and maintain security guard duty rosters
* Liaise with security agency and handle security-related issues
* Monitor daily security operations (gate pass, permits, clocking reports)
* Control and coordinate site access for employees, contractors, suppliers, and vehicles
* Ensure authorized entry during weekends and public holidays
                    

Requirements

* Degree Holder in any field (preferably in Bachelor of Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Bachelor of Environmental Health, Bachelor of Safety Engineering, Bachelor of Occupational Health, Bachelor of Industrial Safety / Industrial Hygiene)
* 1-2 years experince in industry.
