Job description
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide online technical support to customers via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment for customers and internal staff.
Support the IT team with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
Provide first-level technical support for SQL accounting, payroll, and POS software.
Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates.
Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians.
Maintain accurate support logs and documentation.
Support internal IT tasks such as hardware setup and network maintenance.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL databases and business software applications.
Knowledge of Active Directory and remote desktop tools.
Understanding of IT security practices.
