- Handle company incorporation, including Sdn. Bhd. registration and setup
- Prepare, lodge, and maintain statutory documents with SSM
- Manage board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and AGM/EGM documentation
- Act as the main liaison with SSM, auditors, bankers, and regulators
- Ensure timely filing of statutory forms and compliance deadlines
- Support clients on corporate secretarial matters and ongoing compliance
- Assist in debtor collection, including following up on outstanding payments and coordinating with clients on billing matters
- Diploma or Degree in Corporate Administration, Law, Business, or related field
- Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience in a secretarial firm is an advantage
