Prepare cost estimates bill of quantities and tender documents.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Monitor project cost, cash flow and budget.
Prepare progress claims, variation order, final accounts.
Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors on contractual and cost issues.
Support contract and project manager in contract administration.
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
1-3 years working experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Project Schedule.
