Job description

Role summary: Produce practical, buildable designs for condo renovation packages and support client presentations from concept to detail drawings.

1. Develop layout planning, concept direction, and detailed design for assigned units.

2. Prepare 2D drawings (layout, elevations, ceiling, electrical/lighting plan, carpentry details).

3. Create 3D visuals/renders to communicate design intent clearly.

4. Coordinate material/finishes with suppliers and align with package specs.

5. Support site coordination and design clarifications during construction.
                    

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
Proficient in AutoCAD + SketchUp; rendering and presentation skills preferred
