Job description

1.	Overall responsible for production functions and activities to meet high standard quality, productivity, yield and cost targets to meet customer satisfaction.
2.	Supervise daily production activities to ensure that schedules are met and production targets and output are achieved.
3.	Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and workflow to optimize efficiency.
4.	Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
5.	Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote development.
6.	Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
7.	Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
8.	Promote a culture of safety within the production area by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety training.
9.	Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to minimize workplace hazards.
10.	Manage and assign tasks to related subordinate appropriately.
11.	Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production efficiency, yields, costs and changeovers.
12.	Manage all reporting procedures and systems to ensure all in place and well implemented.
13.	Respond to internal CAR.
14.	Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the company policy and procedures.
15.	To be responsible for risk management at assigned risk area.
16.	Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace.
17.	Others duties assigned by superior and management from time to time.
