Job description

1.	Develop and study process for new product, including the jig and design tools to meet customer requirement or expectation.
2.	Monitor and maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production efficiency, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.
3.	Controlling Machines and Processes - Using either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes (not including computers or vehicles).
4.	Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge - Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
5.	Work closely with the team to assure quality products are produced in a timely and efficient manner ensuring customer satisfaction. 
6.	Training production members and building a strong team relationship.
7.	Develop the tools for production to improve the capability and production volume.
8.	Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
9.	Attend to the feedback from internal team member in the organization or customer and take necessary improvement.
10.	Ensure absolute adherence to all Quality system and Company Safety System requirement.
11.	Be the initiator to overcome the technical issue and gather technical support from internal team or outsider. 
12.	Others duties assigned by the HOD or Management from time to time.
