Job description
Manage daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, pantry items, and general office stock.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers such as cleaning services, coffee machine, vending machine providers, and other office maintenance services.
Ensure office facilities and common areas are well maintained.
Assist in planning and executing company events, staff engagement activities, and internal programs.
Support general administrative matters and coordinate with internal departments when required.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by the department.
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred.
Experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or event support will be an added advantage.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Able to work independently and maintain good coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsible and well organized
Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks
