Job description
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Plan promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and revenue.
2. Campaign Execution
Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage social media, digital ads, and promotional materials.
Work with designers, agencies, or partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Monitor campaign performance (ROI, engagement, leads, sales).
3. Brand Management
Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Oversee marketing content, visuals, and messaging.
Ensure brand positioning aligns with company goals.
4. Partnership & Collaboration
Coordinate with influencers, KOLs, media partners, and agencies.
Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams.
Manage events, collaborations, or PR activities.
5. Team Coordination
Guide and supervise junior marketing executives or interns.
Delegate tasks and ensure projects are completed on time.
Report campaign results to marketing manager or management team.
6. Budget & Performance Monitoring
Manage marketing budgets and cost control.
Track KPIs such as reach, conversion rate, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
Prepare marketing reports and insights for management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
Experience in campaign planning, marketing execution, and brand promotion.
Experience managing multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously.
Industry experience (e.g., F&B, retail, agency, digital marketing) is often preferred.
Digital marketing knowledge (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
Content planning & branding
Market research & competitor analysis
Event or promotional campaign management
Data analysis (CTR, engagement, ROI, conversion)
Have strong communication and presentation skills
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
