Job description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist in daily general warehouse duties and ensure timely.



Responsibilities:

In charge of order planning, receiving, picking, quality control and packing activities.

Document filing to be properly done

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & carry out housekeeping (5S) practice in warehouse

Accomplish any task/responsibility assign by warehouse manager

To Wave invoice & segregate according to location respectively

To ensure incoming goods & shipments are properly load or unload from the transporter and ensure physical stocks are tally with packaging list/invoice and carry out put away process

Inform store supervisor/ Assistant Store Supervisor when receiving of damaged or shortage of quantity goods immediately

Acknowledge receipt of goods and dated

Prepare arranging and stacking of goods

Retrieving of goods as per invoice, accuracy in order picking

Goods consignment note to be picked

Report any damaged or stock discrepancies immediately to the Supervisor/ Warehouse Manager

Ensure items picked in correct quantity and conduct appearance check before delivery

Ensure correct modification is done as per in the modification form

To check strictly on returned and rejection goods.

Ensure products are protect with proper packing material & method before delivery

All picked invoices to be recorded in the delivery record book and to be acknowledge by the person who delivers



Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent or minimum 1 year working experience in the related field

Ability to lift inventory items and perform physical tasks.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to read, write, & communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work extra hours.

Basic knowledge of inventory management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

GDL License is an added advantage.

Basic computer skills (e.g. data entry, email, or inventory software).
