Job description

Role Summary: Lead and manage Easyreno’s interior design team to deliver high-quality, buildable condo renovation packages on time and within scope. 

1. Strong management skills: capacity planning, design QC, standardization/templates, SOP

2.  Strong accountability, KPI mindset, and ability to coach/upgrade team performance

3. Excellent communication for client escalation handling and cross-team coordination

4. Hands-on expertise in condo renovation detailing and site execution realities

5. Able to control scope + variation and align design with costing/timeline (package discipline)
                    

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience, with proven team/project leadership
