Job description

1. Customer Service & Consultation
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customers’ needs (skincare, makeup, fragrance, etc.)
Provide personalized product recommendations based on skin type, preferences, and budget

2. Product Demonstration
Demonstrate product usage (e.g., makeup application, skincare routine)
Explain product features, ingredients, and benefits clearly
Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and attractive

3. Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve individual and store sales targets (KPIs)
Promote new launches and ongoing promotions
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales

4. Inventory & Store Maintenance
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
Maintain proper product arrangement according to brand guidelines
Keep the store clean and presentable

5. Product Knowledge & Training
Stay updated on product knowledge, ingredients, and beauty trends
Attend training sessions when required

6. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Follow up with clients (sometimes via WhatsApp or social media)
Handle customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service
