Job description

- Supervise daily store and inventory operations, including receiving, issuing, storage, and stock control
- Ensure accurate stock records between system and physical inventory
- Monitor stock levels, minimum stock, slow-moving and fast-moving items
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounts departments
- Plan and conduct regular stock take / cycle counts
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, housekeeping, and organization of store items
- Investigate stock discrepancies and prepare inventory reports
- Ensure store operations comply with company procedures and safety standards
- Supervise and guide storekeepers / warehouse staff

                    

Requirements

- SPM or Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 3–5 years working experience in store, inventory, or warehouse operations
- Experience as Store Supervisor / Inventory Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor is preferred
- Experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances, hardware, or building materials will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in Malay & English
- Responsible, well-organized, and hands-on attitude
