Job description
1. Assist in data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system
2. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
3. Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
4. Perform basic bank reconciliation tasks
5. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements
6. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
7. Assist in audit and tax documentation preparation
8. Support daily administrative and ad-hoc accounting tasks
Requirements
1. Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting
2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
3. Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment to meet deadlines and objectives.
4. Independent & fast learner.
5. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (中文 will be added advantage)
6. MUST willing to work for 5.5 days (Alt Sat).
