Requirements
Manage and convert sales leads through effective follow-ups and consultations
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and showroom tours with professionalism
Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored property solutions
Guide purchasers through the full sales process, including booking, loan, and documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, bankers, and internal teams
Actively generate new leads through marketing activities, social media, and networking
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales progress in the system
