Job description
Coordinate day-to-day project activities with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor project progress, timelines, and site updates to ensure timely delivery
Assist in planning, documentation, and submission processes (approvals, compliance, reports)
Liaise with authorities, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
Track project milestones, budgets, and report progress to management
Support site visits, inspections, and progress meetings
Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated
Identify potential issues and assist in resolving project-related challenges
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong coordination and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage timelines
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Basic knowledge of construction processes and property development is an advantage
