Job description
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for projects
Evaluate and verify contractor quotations, tenders, and variations
Manage contract administration, including documentation and compliance
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial progress
Conduct site measurements and valuation of work done
Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams on cost matters
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Maintain proper records of all project-related financial documents
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong knowledge of construction costing and contract practices
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS tools/software
