Content Creation & Design: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (Reels/TikTok) and graphic designs for social media platforms.
End-to-End E-commerce Operations: Manage the full cycle of our online stores (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop). This includes product listings, executing seasonal campaigns, and handling the backend order management (preparing order documentation for the store team).
Performance Analysis: Monitor content and shop performance. You are expected to analyze data to understand "what works" and pivot strategies—no "post and ghost" mentality.
Marketing Strategy: Execute marketing campaigns and contribute creative ideas to increase brand awareness and sales conversion.
AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to streamline content production and improve workflow efficiency.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Marketing or E-commerce. Ability to execute with minimal hand-holding.
Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing (CapCut/Premiere) and design tools.
Pioneer Mindset: Resourceful and comfortable using own mobile/editing setup during the initial setup phase. Dedicated equipment budgets will be unlocked as the department achieves its initial milestones.
