Key Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions.
* Provide general dental treatments including scaling, fillings, extractions, dentures, root canal treatments, and preventive care.
* Develop and explain treatment plans clearly to patients.
* Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate dental records.
* Ensure infection control, sterilization, and clinical SOP compliance.
* Handle emergency dental cases when required.
* Operate independently in managing patient flow and daily clinical procedures.
* Collaborate with dental assistants and clinic staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
* Maintain professionalism, ethical practice, and patient confidentiality.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
* Support clinic growth through good patient communication and service quality
* Degree in Dental Surgery (DDS/DMD/BDS or equivalent).
* Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
* Team player with professional attitude and good patient management.
