Job description



* Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand direction
* Strengthen brand awareness and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
* Identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to support business growth
* Plan and manage marketing campaigns across social media, digital advertising, and online platforms
* Oversee content creation, social media management, and promotional activities
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and ROI
* Develop marketing initiatives to support sales growth across retail and online channels
* Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to align campaigns with business objectives and promotions
* Support customer acquisition, retention, and lead generation activities
* Build and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with external partners and influencers
* Coordinate events, campaigns, and collaboration activities to increase brand visibility and engagement
* Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to improve marketing performance
* Prepare reports on campaign results, KPIs, and overall marketing effectiveness
* Use data-driven insights to improve future marketing strategies
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
* Monitor marketing spending to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency
* Lead and guide the marketing team in executing marketing activities and campaigns
* Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution
* Encourage creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team
* Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior/Management from time to time
                    

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing
* Experience in retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and advertising platforms
* Experience managing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
* Familiar with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools is an advantage
* Good understanding of branding, content marketing, and customer engagement strategies
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Able to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve marketing KPIs and business objectives
* Creative, proactive, and highly organized
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong time management and attention to detail
* Independent, responsible, and able to work under pressure
