Job description

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and business growth
* Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer demands within the jewelry industry
* Drive revenue growth across retail, online, and distribution channels
* Oversee daily sales operations across all outlets and sales channels
* Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency to ensure targets are achieved
* Ensure excellent customer service standards and sales excellence across all teams
* Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives and performance targets
* Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for sales staff
* Foster a positive, target-driven, and customer-focused sales culture
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
* Handle major customer issues and support customer retention initiatives
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer engagement
* Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Management teams to align sales activities with company goals
* Support product launches, promotions, campaigns, and business expansion initiatives
* Coordinate inventory planning and stock movement with relevant departments
* Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to improve sales performance
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management review
* Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvement strategies to maintain market competitiveness
* Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient use of company resources
* Support pricing strategies, sales planning, and profitability improvement initiatives
* Ensure sales activities align with company profitability and growth objectives

                    

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in jewelry, luxury retail, or related industry
* Proven track record in achieving sales growth and managing sales teams
* Strong knowledge of retail sales operations and customer relationship management
* Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets
* Ability to identify market opportunities and drive business expansion
* Strong understanding of customer behavior and sales performance analysis
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to achieve KPIs and company objectives
* Experience managing multiple outlets or sales channels is an advantage
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Knowledge of jewelry products, gold, gemstones, and luxury retail market trends is an advantage
* Familiar with retail operations, customer service standards, and inventory coordination
* Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
* Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
