Job description
Record all new sales in tracking system
Manage booking forms and booking fee tracking
Verify purchaser details prior to SPA preparation
Monitor booking expiry and cancellation cases
Handle unit switching and re-allocation
Follow up with bankers on loan application status
Track sales performance by agent and project
Prepare conversion and performance reports
Monitor booking-to-SPA conversion rate
Support sales team with updated unit status
Coordinate with Sales, Project, Finance, Solicitors, Bankers, and Authorities
Support internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Ensure documentation complies with company SOP and housing regulations
Assist during launches, key handover
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
Update sales performance tracking
Maintain database for purchasers, agents, and sales records
Generate reports for management review
Respond to purchaser inquiries professionally
Assist purchasers throughout the sales process
Handle complaints or escalate issues when necessary
Provide updates on project progress, documentation, and vacant possession process
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years working experience in property development industry
Familiar with SPA, loan process, and property sales documentation
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and sales systems
Able to multitask and work under pressure
