Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to obtain the best possible terms and pricing
Prepare and process purchase orders, and requisitions in a timely manner
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment
Liaise with internal departments to identify and address procurement-related needs
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchased items or services
Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures
Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Able read, write & speak mandarin (must).
Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve procurement-related issues
