Job description

- Open new outlets and secure additional shelf space.
- Negotiate for better product positioning and promotional opportunities.
- Visit assigned retail outlets according to the daily route plan.
- Ensure products are properly displayed on shelves, gondolas, and promotional areas.
- Refill stocks and maintain adequate inventory levels at each outlet.
- Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items.
- Arrange products according to company merchandising standards
- Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and merchandising reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and neatness of product displays.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment.
- Achieve assigned sales and merchandising targets
                    

Requirements

[12:58, 16/05/2026] Dwangi Malaysia: Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in merchandising, sales, or FMCG industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Possess a valid driving license (B2/D) and own motorcycle or car.
Willing to travel to assigned retail outlets.
Physically fit and able to lift and arrange products.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, punctual, and self-disciplined.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of stock management and merchandising principles.
Familiar with using smartphones to submit reports and take photos.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
