- Key in new agent information and update system records
- Coordinate with agents and clients, respond to and follow up on inquiries
- Organize, check, and update submitted documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in calculating agent commissions
- Perform stock take and manage office inventory
- Order daily office supplies and necessities
- Assist with general administrative and paperwork tasks
- Support phone follow-ups with clients and potential customers
- Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
- SPM / Diploma holders are encouraged to apply
-Candidates with admin or office working experience will have an added advantage
-Able to communicate in Mandarin, with basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
