Job description

-Contact and follow up with potential customers via phone calls and WhatsApp.
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic property information professionally.
-Understand customer needs, budget, preferred location, and property requirements.
-Arrange appointments, property viewings, and consultation sessions for the sales team.
-Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, social media, events, and internal database.
-Update and manage customer records, call status, appointment details, and follow-up remarks.
-Maintain good relationships with potential buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors.
-Work closely with the sales and admin team to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
-Assist in daily telemarketing, customer support, and lead management tasks.
                    

Requirements

-Comfortable with making and answering phone calls.
-Able to communicate in Mandarin, with basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Good communication and follow-up skills.
-Responsible, patient, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
-Positive attitude and able to work in a team.
-Interested in the real estate industry.
-Candidates with telemarketing, customer service, admin, sales support, or property-related experience will have an added advantage.
-Fresh candidates are welcome as training and guidance will be provided.
