Job description

Meet and consult clients on interior design and renovation needs
Prepare design proposals, space planning, and quotations
Present design concepts, materials, and renovation ideas to clients
Follow up with clients and close sales deals
Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and contractors throughout projects
Conduct site visits and measurements when required
Ensure project progress and client satisfaction are well maintained
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
                    

Requirements

Good knowledge of design concepts, materials, and renovation processes
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to handle client consultations and prepare quotations
Result-driven, motivated, and customer-oriented
Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings
Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or design software is an added advantage
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
Candidate with sales or interior design experience is preferred
