Job description
• Lead and conduct engaging, creative art and drawing lessons for children of various age groups.
• Participate in team discussions to review and optimize our unique curriculum, turning your creative ideas into actual lesson plans.
•Guide and manage children's classroom emotions with patience and love, fostering a happy and safe creative environment.
• Attend regular internal training and teaching team meetings (we focus on mutual support and growth, not micromanagement).
• Assist in preparing art materials and maintaining a neat, inspiring studio environment.
Requirements
• Possess a background in Fine Arts, Illustration, Graphic Design, Art Education, or related creative fields.
• Genuine love for children, with excellent patience, empathy, and strong emotional management skills.
• Cheerful, expressive, and willing to communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
• A strong team player who is eager to learn new teaching methodologies (personally mentored by our principal, Teacher KDi).
• Solid foundation in basic drawing and painting skills (watercolors, sketching, or pastels); familiarity with digital art or creative crafts is a plus.
