Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within plastic injection moulding and related industries.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend evaluation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business sustainability.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and costing analysis in collaboration with Engineering and Production teams.
• Participate in customer audits and ensure compliance with RBA and WCA requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and delivery
Requirements
Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Technical knowledge of plastic injection moulding is an added advantage.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Candidate with Mandarin language proficiency are encourage to apply.
Authority
• Engage and negotiate with potential and existing customers.
• Recommend pricing strategies and commercial terms (subject to management approval).
Working Condition
• Combination of office and field work.
• Frequent travel for customer visits and business development activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• New customer acquisition ≥ 3 per quarter.
• Annual sales growth ≥ 15%.
• Proposal conversion rate ≥ 30%.
