Job description
Prepare work plans and develop logistics schedules.
Process orders, track shipments, and monitor delivery status.
Resolve logistics issues and coordinate with suppliers/transporters.
Handle documentation, reconciliation, settlement, and cost control.
Experience and knowledge of import/export operations, customs declarations, and customs clearance in Malaysia, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Maintain 6S standards and assist in improving internal procedures
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification
Minimum 2 years of experiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with logistics workflows
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Cost-conscious, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Team-oriented with good planning ability
